Add a past transaction
Use Clear & Backdate to enter a transaction that already happened and save it into Past/History.
Add something that already happened
If you need to enter an expense, income, or adjustment that already took place, create it as a single transaction and use Clear & Backdate before saving.
- Tap the +/- button from the correct account.
- Create a Single Transaction with the title/category and amount.
- Under Saving Options, turn on Clear & Backdate.
- Choose the past date when the transaction actually happened.
- Leave Update Balance? on if the transaction should affect the current balance. Turn it off if you are only adding history and the current balance is already correct.
- Save the transaction.
