Foreseenly CashFlow - Getting Started

Bank connections and reconciliation

Foreseenly CashFlow does not use live bank linking. Bank Reconciliation Beta can be tested on a DB Copy starting in version 1.17.1; Live DB reconciliation is planned for version 1.17.4 or later.

Can I connect my bank account?

Not as live bank linking. Foreseenly™ CashFlow is designed around private, manual-first planning so your forecast can stay useful without giving the app direct access to your bank account.

You enter the recurring income, bills, transfers, loans, and savings plans you already know. Then Foreseenly projects what is coming and lets you confirm or adjust items as actual activity happens.

Why it works this way

  • No live bank login is required for normal forecasting.
  • Your private account names, balances, transaction titles, and bank export contents stay out of QApps support systems.
  • You stay in control of when a forecasted item clears and whether it updates the balance.

What about reconciliation?

Bank Reconciliation Beta is a separate review workflow for invited users. Starting in Foreseenly CashFlow version 1.17.1, it can be tested on a DB Copy only. Live DB reconciliation is planned for version 1.17.4 or later.

Reconciliation reviews a bank export file inside the app, suggests matches or additions, and waits for your approval before changing anything.

Important: Bank Reconciliation Beta is not automatic bank import, live bank syncing, or currently a Live DB workflow. Use a DB Copy for testing, and do not email bank exports or sensitive financial files to support.

To be notified or considered for the beta, email [email protected].
