Backup & Sync - Loading data from another device
iCloud Setup for sync and sharing
Overview

Backup and Sync lets each device under your iCloud account create its own backups. These backups run automatically, but you can also trigger them manually - either to iCloud or locally on the device.
Whenever you restore a backup, the system first creates a local backup, so you can revert if needed.
Tip: If you ignore a sync request at the app start, you can still run it later. To do so, tap the “Backup / Sync” bar at the bottom. From there, you can restore from a recent backup - either using the Restore button that picks the latest backup made on another device or from a particular device or from a local backup.
The Backup & Sync screen also supports sharing data across different iCloud accounts. At this time this feature is intended mainly for view-only access, not real-time collaboration.
P.S. Automatic backups may fail for several reasons, most commonly due to limited storage or connectivity issues. If that happens, you can try creating an iCloud backup manually.Need more help? Search this product's help articles, or send a ticket if you still need help.
