iCloud Sharing
Share Foreseenly CashFlow data through iCloud and choose which accounts stay visible.
Quick setup
Use iCloud Sharing when another Apple ID should be able to restore or refresh a shared copy of your Foreseenly CashFlow data.
- Open Backup & Sync.
- Tap - the square with an arrow pointing up - just to the right of Restore.
- Send the invite with the Apple share sheet.
- After the invite is accepted, the other person can open the shared backup and restore or refresh it on their device.
Choose which accounts are shared
When iCloud sharing is enabled, open accounts are shared by default. If you want to keep an account private, hide it before the other person restores the shared data.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Accounts.
- Open the Shared tab.
- Turn off any account you do not want included in the shared view, then save.
Hidden shared accounts stay visible to you. They are hidden only from the other iCloud sharing user after they restore or refresh from the shared data.
Important sharing behavior
- Sharing is one-way. The person receiving the share can restore or refresh from the data you shared.
- Edits do not merge. If two people both make changes, restoring another person's backup can replace the current data instead of combining both sets of edits.
- Pick one primary editor. For most households, one person should maintain the main forecast while the other person reviews or refreshes from the shared copy.
- Automatic backups usually keep sharing current. If Automatic iCloud Backups is off, or you want the other person to see account visibility changes right away, create a manual backup from Backup & Sync.

Want true shared editing or merge-style collaboration? That is not how sharing works today, but you can search or share that idea in QApps Ideas.
Stop sharing
Open Backup & Sync, tap the backup marked as shared by you, then choose the option to stop sharing.
