How to view Deleted Transactions
Deleted vs. Archived Transactions
Overview
Transactions are typically archived automatically as they pass their due date. You can easily view them in the History section, which displays all account transactions. To access the History, tap the clock icon next to the date range selector.
If you've manually deleted transactions or plans, you can retrieve them using the Export feature. Here's how:
- Go to the Settings section by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Export Forecasts and choose the option to export Deleted Transactions.
- Save the file and open it in your preferred spreadsheet viewer for review.
Alternatively, if you have a backup created before these transactions or plans were deleted, you can restore it:
- Navigate to the Backup & Sync section, located in the bottom navigation bar or under Settings below the Exportand Import options.
- Follow the prompts to restore the desired backup.
This ensures you can recover critical data with ease, whether through an export or a prior backup.
