DEMO Playground- Uses simulated sample data to showcase features and workflows.
- No real user data is involved.
- Safe for exploration, training, and presentations.
- Changes here never affect real data.
- Your actual, real user data.
- Continuously updated as you use the app.
- May contain sensitive or confidential information.
- Protected by security and privacy controls.
- Changes here directly affect your real records.
- A snapshot copy of your current Live Data, stored separately for experimentation.
- When you open Copy Data, you’ll be asked whether you want to overwrite the existing copy.
- If you choose Overwrite, a fresh copy is created from Live Data.
- If you choose Keep, you continue working with the previous copy.
- Safe to test scenarios without impacting Live Data.
- Copy Data cannot be merged back into Live Data.
